"Newly renovated facility. Modern decor is a little unnerving until you discover how to control the touch lights. Climate control was very effective and quieter than usual in motel rooms."

"There was no hot water for showers! I was not told this on check in and found it as a terrible surprise the following morning. At check out I alerted the front desk and the response was, "yeah we know, we have had some people working on it but its not fixed." I asked how long its been this way and she said "I'm not sure but for a while." Absolutely not acceptable for staff not to alert customers of this issue upon arrival. A cold shower is not how most people on trips want to start the day."
