Cute spot, great way to save money versus staying right on the water, and still so close you don't miss anything! Bed was comfortable which is always a plus and the staff were so nice checking us in!

The motel is in a great location walkable to harbor attractions and lots of restaurants. It is a low frills, vintage property (small bathroom and older decor/fixtures) but it was clean and bed was comfortable. All we needed for 1 night.
My mom and I stayed in the double twin room and the beds were cozy and the AC works so well. Tiny bathroom but clean! Walking distance to downtown. It was perfect for our one night stay

They advertise as ‘Classic 50’s Motel Experience’. The place is old & it shows but it is a good for location and price in Booth Bay.

For a single traveler this place is perfect to just crash and explore the area. Walking distance to town with parking.
The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff was kind. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything in the room next door. The bathroom works, but needs help. It was a great location, but a lot of money for not such a great property.

If you like living in the 70s, but paying 21st century prices, this place is for you. For one night this was perfectly OK. Issues with water temperature and pressure, and tight spaces. Very basic, so overall not great for a longer term stay. Location is the big plus - can walk to everything the town offers. Other than that, just OK.
The property is quaint and charming, and the room was pleasant and clean. The location and walkability to town is great. My only disappointment was that there was no coffeemaker in the room (pods were provided, but no idea where to use..?) and no mini-fridge. These have become such standards for motels/hotels, I didn’t even think to ask. But we couldn’t stow the food from our cooler or refreeze our ice packs, and no morning coffee!
I was there to visit Acadia NP. It was close at 20 minutes away. The motel had free coffee and mini donuts. The morning coffee was fresh and the manager was attentive. I had no issues. There was a great seafood restaurant across the street with good Lobster. It got cold and the room heater worked well.

The pictures online are deceiving. The rooms are tiny and so is the bathroom. Your knees are against the wall when you sit on the toilet. And I say that at only 5ft tall. There is not a microwave and fridge in each room. There is one of each in the office only, and is a shared space for all guests.
That said, the room was clean and the host was very kind. The motel is an easy walk to restaurants, etc in the heart of boothbay harbor. If you are only sleeping there after a long day of exploring, then it's an adequate spot for sure

Clean simple room very close to everything in Boothbay Harbor, making a walkable vacation possible. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. I appreciated the towel refresh daily. I also appreciated having the community refrigerator and coffee maker available. It was nice to sit outside of the room in provided chairs as well. This is a simple place to stay with everything you need, dog friendly, too!

The staff was great! Very convient location. The room did the job. It was very small & twin size beds (which we knew going into it). There was some wear and tear in the room and didn’t necessarily FEEL clean. Bathroom was small. Would stay here again for convenience and right price
Nice clean room. Comfortable and excellent location. Just a quick walk to the waterfront and all the shops and restaurants. Very nice staff and easy parking.
classic 1950 motel. AC was loud. Bath was minuscule and very dated. We paid over $200 a night for a $75 room. BUT everything in Booth Bay Harbor is way overpriced! Excellent location and ample parking which in BBH is a huge bonus.
Great little motel. It was conveniently located next to Boothbay Harbor, a quick walk. Rooms are older and dated as is the bathroom. Quiet stay. Office staff very kind and helpful.
