"Eric’s place was very clean and well stocked with towels. There was plenty of room for our 2 families to spread out and also hang out. There was a coffee maker, toaster, plenty of pots and pans, and very new fridge and stove. The house is right next to a general store too! Kids enjoyed playing pool and being only 13 minutes from Okemo made it so easy to wake up and get to the mountain. Thanks, Eric!"

"My family (including our dogs) had a wonderful and relaxing time at the house. The house is well equipped with 5 large bedrooms and a really nice size family room and dinning room with a wood burning stove. My son and I skied Okemo while my wife and daughter roamed around the local towns. They loved the Wallingford Market and the local stores, especially the book store, in Manchester. Everything you need or want is within a 20 minute drive all while being very quiet at the house. The management team was extremely helpful and responsive to everything we communicated to them about which was very much appreciated. All in all a great house in a quiet area on a very large beautiful property, all near skiing and local shopping. I would highly recommend the house for a family interested in skiing Okemo that want to bring their dogs. "

"So much fun! We were two families of 4 with children around 10years old. House was very clean. We were able to cook several meals and had all the essentials we needed. Communication with the host was easy and she was very responsive. Make sure to stop at the sparkle barn up the street! Would stay again! "

"I had to call to get the door code as their system failed to send me any texts, calls, or emails. House was fine however at the very minimum they could have cleaned off the ice from the steps. The drive way required 4x4 as it was uphill and straight ice. The walk way from the drive way to the house was all ice and the steps had at least 2 inches of ice on each."
