"Great spot close to the horse show! Owners were easy to communicate with. The loft was perfect, plenty of space and well stocked. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place. The house offered so many amenities that every member of our group wants to return. We spent hours swimming in the lake. Had evening fires at the outdoor pit. We star gazed from the hot tub at night. There were enough bedrooms that everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked and we could easily prepare group meals. The great room offered plenty of seating for our group. This was one of our favorite places and definitely plan on returning. The proximity to Manchester was also a plus. Some days we enjoyed dinner in town at one of many restaurants. Thai Basil was a reasonably priced favorite. The pancakes at Up For Breakfast were worth the wait."

"We had a great stay at this property while we were here for the Vermont hits horse show. The property is situated in the middle of the green mountain national forest and the setting is absolutely breathtaking. The house is light and airy, well kept and comfortable. Highly recommend."

"The Apartment at Headwaters is a truly dreamy, serene, relaxing locale for a getaway! Immersed in nature, we spent most of our time on the deck & walking our dog around the brook, forest, quiet dirt roadsThough we only booked 2 nights, we both remarked that we could've stayed much longer. The space was welcoming, comfortable, & equipped with everything we needed. Manchester was an easy 20 min drive where we got a couple groceries also some delicious, well-portioned food from Lola (highly recommend) that lasted us all weekendThe owners provided clear instructions for check-in/out left us details for everything - they even labeled things throughout the home so we knew how to use them easily (a detail we appreciated)Our intention for this getaway was to escape fireworks over the 4th of July weekend (one of us our dog suffer from PTSD) & though it was definitely much less intense than we would've experienced at home in our suburban neighborhood, we still heard some celebrations both nights. The neighbors are certainly not close but there are still other folks & homes in walking distance & the mountains carry a lot of sound. Just a disclaimer for anyone else thinking of this in the futureOnly other detail we wish we'd known ahead was that there are a lot of stairs to access the apt - it was tricky with our elderly dog but she managed OKOverall, we felt safe & comfortable at the home & really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book it again - we truly loved it!"
