"Horrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didn’t send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time. So we were searching for hours for a hotel to stay at because most of them couldn’t fit a group our size.Also the address on the booking is not the actual address it was the house...

"We stayed for a week and this apartment was great - all the essentials were in the kitchen, and the washer/dryer in the unit was exactly what we needed. We had some trouble getting the pool pass bracelets but once we got them, the kids had fun swimming every afternoon at the outdoor pool. I also appreciated the work space on the PH level. Lastly, the garage was super convenient and the valet system was great, I can request my car on my phone when I’m heading out - but I personally prefer having access to my car and wish there was a self park section, but that’s just my preference. Overall, great experience and would book again."
"This property gets a -1*, the apartment was beat up, awful odor, plastic glove stuck to shower tile. The furniture was awful, would not sit on couch, I even left my nice blanket there. The building smelled awful, dirty, low income housing. I am trying to get some compensation back 4 weeks later, keep getting run around. "
"The place was nice, in a great area, and concierge was wonderful. Front door was open when we first checked in. Not good for the owners!!!! It’s a huge building and could have been robbed. Pain in the butt management company. They sent forms to sign requested ID and CC images, which we sent. They then requested them again. Then requested a third time. I told them I was not filling out that form again so they sent a link to just submit ID and CC. THEN, they requested my husband’s ID and CC again. NO WAY!!! We threatened to cancel. Dryer didn’t dry the clothes, took ALL day!!No fab to get in gym, etc.No blanket for the pullout that they knew we were using. We requested one and it took them until the third day to bring it. Only five towels for 6 daysLiving room air conditioner made wheel of fortune clicking constantly.Twin beds instead of the queen posted in website. Parking was a nightmare. We had a memorial to go to and valet never brought our car. We ended up going to find it ourselves and took it. We were late for our own father’s memorial. Property managers need to explain parking to guests, since most of us don’t live in a busy place like NY. Dirty dishes. "
