"Staff was great but very disappointed that the lounge/ bar was not open on a Saturday night. I booked this hotel specifically for the late food/ drink option. We were in town for a nearby basketball game and was looking forward to the convenience of getting a late night snack and drink back at the hotel with my family. Would have like to see that when I booked that it was closed and not advertised as an amenity. "

"Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below acceptable standards. Would not recommend. "

"I was traveling as an RN to take care of a patient. Customer service was terrible. Either no one answered the phone upon arrival to White Plains from Ohio or my call was disconnected. I was trying to get the code to enter the property in order to take care of my patient. It took me over an hour to finally reach someone who would give me the code. Then I received an email with another room number after I had been trying to enter the original room with that code I had been given via email. You made check in very hard and difficult. Then during check out. I would get a text with one set of instructions and an email with conflicting instructions. Get your act together. Have someone answer the phones."

"The amenities were good, the apt was clean and cheerful, the response time from the host was very fast."

"There was a few issues . The hair dryer didnt work. The utensils are bare minimum. The microwave stopped working. Not enough cooking pans"

"Great location. Difficult parking unless the host were to park their car on the street when guests are there. Good small, cosy room. Comfortable bed and clean. Be prepared for noise. Must be impervious or bring earplugs. Family noise & sound travels from overhead. Use of any water triggers noisy flush pump day and night. Other mechanical noises above the bed. Omission: Wasn't enough ground coffee to use the coffee machine. Very nice host. We enjoyed the location."
