We had a great time staying y the wilderness at the Smokies. We stayed during the week so there weren’t any lines. Hotel was very clean. Family friendly. Check in was fast. The room was clean and just as shown in the pictures; The loft and bedroom beds were comfortable but the mattress on the sofa was thin and uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean with a nice walk-in shower. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The grounds were scenic and clean.
