"The hosts were extraordinarily responsive, as well as very warm and welcoming. The bungalow was very clean and well equipped throughout, as well as nicely decorated and laid out - it felt larger than the square footage would suggest. The kitchen was the best we've ever had in a vacation rental - up to date, full size appliances, and even a dishwasher. Our dog was very comfortable. The little park across the street was great for short walks when we weren't exploring the beach or the neighborhood. We hope to return!"

"What an amazing location on Priscilla Beach!! We were visiting unfortunately for a funeral but walking our dog on Priscilla Beach was a game changer for all of us. The views to Race Point and Provincetown Monument are incredible. It’s a perfect 5k run to the end of White Horse beach and back - this house is a hidden gem! Thanks Colleen!"

"My friends and I stayed here for a girls week and it was fabulous! The cottage is adorable and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and new appliances and furniture. Sadly we did need the heat for our trip and Jim was great in responding right away to help us get that set up. The only thing to note is that there are not actual kitchen towels but paper towels were there in enough supply for us. The bathroom is also quite small which was just fine for the four of us but if you are a larger person this may be an issue. I would definitely stay here again and would consider any of Jim’s properties!"
