"The hotel was lovely, breakfast was really good,all the staff where very pleasant and helpful,especially the staff in the restaurant they where very welcoming and helpful. Had a great 3 day stay and will definitely be back.Well done all the staff. Mrs J Connell."

"Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. Check in and out was quick and easy. All staff were friendly and helpful in suggesting local places to eat and advising on parking etc. We used the pool and sauna which was also very clean and well maintained. We couldn’t get a space on the hotel car park but there is one just next door where we could park easily and leave the car there for the duration of our stay. It was reasonable at £21 for just over 24 hours. Great central location and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chester."

"Room was average, bath had hairs in and soap scum round the side, bedroom was fine comfortable lovely and warm large bed, wasn’t able to use the tv from the bed as the remote only worked close up to the tv. (We stayed in room PeterI) we paid for extra breakfast in the morning full English was lovely but the continental breakfast wasn’t replenished so no croissants etc left or fresh fruit or yoghurt left which was a shame! Not worth £16 each really! "
