A Home to Relax and Unwind
The loft double has a freestanding bath set under the eaves by the window, a quiet spot to soak after a day on the coast path. Downstairs, the lounge sits by the front door with a Smart TV and Netflix for winding down, and the galley kitchen runs back to French doors that open onto a covered patio. Coffee comes easy with the machine in the kitchen.

The Layout

• Living area: Velvet sofa and a Smart TV with Netflix, set against the exposed brick wall by the front door.

• Kitchen: Galley layout with oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, freezer, dishes, wine glasses and cooking basics. Dining table at the near end, French doors at the far end.

• Bedroom 1: Double bed with attached en-suite.

• Bedroom 2: Double bed with attached en-suite. The top-floor room has a freestanding bath under the eaves.

• Bathrooms: Two en-suites, one per bedroom, plus a separate WC. Stone-tiled en-suite with corner shower and skylight; a second shower room under the sloped ceiling.

• Outdoor space: Covered patio with a wicker dining set and a gate to the rear, plus a raised front deck with a bistro table.

Location
The house sits on a quiet residential crescent, back from the harbour and the old town, with the North Yorkshire Moors beyond. Whitby`s big draws, the Abbey, the 199 Steps and the harbourside, are all within an easy walk, and walkers can pick up the Cleveland Way coastal trail nearby and follow the cliff path toward Robin Hood`s Bay.

Good to Know Before You Book
The front door is reached up a flight of external steps from the street, and the top floor is reached by an internal staircase. Both doubles sit under sloping loft ceilings, so headroom is reduced in places. Parking is free on the street, first come first served and subject to availability, so there may be a short walk from car to door. Check-in is from 3pm using the keybox, with full instructions sent on the morning of arrival, and check-out is by 10am. Pets are not allowed.

Booking policy
Guests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay, however, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the case of any damage or excess mess. Please take care and tidy up after yourself during your stay.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.

Please treat the space with care, washing any used dishes and leaving it tidy. Rubbish and recycling should go in the bins provided, and keys returned to the keybox on departure. Do keep noise to a minimum in the evenings out of respect for the neighbours.
