    Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Heating by wood burner, electricity, bed linen, towels and logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair.. Patio with garden furniture. 2 small dogs welcome. Private parking for 1 car.. Located close to Whitby’s bustling marina, this cosy and comfortable cottage dates back to the 1600’s and is traditionally furnished and with a wood-burner. Climb up to the Abbey ruins for spectacular views, or stroll along the quayside and explore the quaint shops lining the cobbled alleys of this fascinating town. The railway station is a short walk away with train links to the scenic North York Moors Railway and trips available on the steam trains that pass through the spectacular landscape. Whitby has shopping facilities, and a wide choice of cafés, pubs and restaurants.



    The central heating and hot water are worked off the woodburner, but there is an immersion heater and fan heater that can be moved around the house.

    Only dogs allowed at the property.

What a lovely cottage this is, good location and parking.

What a lovely cottage this is, good location and parking. What a lovely touch Alison left us a welcome gift of biscuits, milk and a bottle of local wine. The log burner is a real treat. This was our first visit to the cottage and it definitely will not be our last, i would recommend this cottage to anyone.

Great stay at the cottage, location is just right and the added bonus of parking is invaluable in whitby. Our 2 dogs loved it and we had the log fire on a couple of nights with a glass or 2. Would happily return here.
