Clean
I love how clean it was and all the amenities. The bed was small, a king would have been nice. Also no dresser to put my clothes in and no ice available.

Great stay
We had a wonderful stay! So nice to be right in the village and walking distance to everything! Everything was very clean and the pool & hottub are so nice. Room had all the kitchen supplies you can think of and though the dishwasher door nearly fell off it was so nice to have it to wash dishes with. Lamps didn’t work so very poor lighting in suite. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay to the max!!!

Very noisy day and night on Highway. I’d numbered rooms will be all noisy on Highway side of rooms. AC also noisy so no quiet enjoyment

The property is well maintained, minus our sink handle leaked. The staff is incredibly friendly. The pool is a great size and two hot tubs. Gym doesn’t open until 10am (hubby didn’t like that). Also, there was no descriptor of the bed size and it was smaller than we anticipated. With all the choices in Whistler, we won’t return, but the price was decent and matched what we received.

Great Whistler retreat!
Everything from booking to checking in/out was easy and straight forward. We had been receiving e-mails with reminders and directions prior to our stay. Location is very central, minutes from the promenade! And in close proximity to all shops and lifts. The unit was spacious and clean. Having kitchenette was an asset to our stay. There was big swimming pool, hot tub and sauna on site that added to our experience! Will definitely coming back! Thank you!
I suggest that landscaping be done in the morning. Having to listen to lawn mowers, weed wackers and workers in the pool area between 3pm and 4:30pm was disappointing. Was no relaxing at all. Everything else was excellent.
This was our first stay at Whistler and a VACASA-managed property, and both location and room exceeded our expectations.
There's lots of online travel info about Whistler and the region, so I won't go into detail here, other than to say it is a great place to visit in the late spring. The one tip I'll offer is that many trails at higher elevations (like Joffre Lake) were still snow-covered in later May/early June.
The room was located in the Cascade Lodge in the Village North Village. It's a short walk to the Village Stroll, Village Centre (without the noise of the bars and people walking by), and nearby trails.
The room wasn't spacious but large enough for our two-night stay. Everything else about the room and Cascade Lodge more than made up for it. It had a very well-equipped kitchenette with a small fridge, hot plate, microwave, 12-cup coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. We had plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, and pots and pans. The added bonus for our unit was a washer & dryer.
The Lodge had a good-sized swimming pool, two hot tubs and saunas.
I've read lots of comments about the cost of parking. If you don't mind walking a bit, here's a tip shared with us. There's cheaper parking at the nearby convention centre ($5 a night) and free parking at Lots 4 & 5 - at least during the period that we stayed - early June.
We were very impressed with the VACASA staff onsite and all online touch-points with the company. We'll be looking at more VACASA properties in the future.
Not too far from the village. Lots of stuff nearby as well.

The pool was big and warm enough. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was great with a mini kitchenette. Only a hot plate and microwave and mini fridge and a small TV. The gym had three cardio machines and only a basic strengthening (think Bowflex) machine no weights.
