The Space:

Snow settles quietly on the evergreens as alpine light filters through vaulted windows. After a day on the mountain, you sink into the hot tub while crisp air rises in gentle steam around you. Evenings end beside the wood-burning fireplace, the glow of the fire reflecting off river rock as conversation lingers.



Living spaces

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome in the Benchlands offers a bright, open main living area with vaulted ceilings and large windows. A river rock wood-burning fireplace anchors the room, with comfortable seating and a TV for relaxed nights in. A second sitting area overlooking the lounge provides extra space to read, play board games, or unwind after skiing.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and generous counter space, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Start your morning with the Breville “Bambino” espresso machine before gathering at the dining table that seats ten, or enjoy a quick breakfast at the bar for two. A dishwasher simplifies cleanup so you can spend more time enjoying the mountains.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and private balcony. A second bedroom offers a king-split bed that can be configured as one king or two twins. A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo is located nearby. On the main level, the third bedroom includes another king-split bed, along with a second bathroom featuring a shower and single vanity.



Outdoor living & amenities

Step outside to the private hot tub deck to warm up after skiing, or use the BBQ grill on the patio or balcony when conditions allow. The home includes a washer and dryer, heating, portable fans, wifi, a dedicated workspace, and a private entrance. A spacious mudroom provides convenient storage for gear.



Ski access & neighborhood

Located in the Stoneridge complex, this home offers ski access to Blackcomb Mountain via Merlin’s Run - seasonal and dependent on snow conditions. Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



A free Village Shuttle stop nearby connects you to Whistler Village, restaurants, shops, and gondolas, while the surrounding Benchlands setting remains quiet and forested.

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is available in a covered carport, suitable for one small vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Stoneridge sits in Whistler’s Benchlands, a quiet, forested neighbourhood with sweeping mountain views. The complex offers a peaceful retreat while still providing convenient access to the free Village Shuttle, which stops nearby and connects you to Whistler Village, shops, restaurants, and gondolas. Skiers at an intermediate level can enjoy access to Lower Merlin’s Run, while everyone can take advantage of nearby Valley Trail paths for walking or cycling. It’s a serene base for a relaxed alpine getaway with easy connections to the village amenities.



Getting Around:

• 10-minute walk to Blackcomb Gondola

• 15-minute walk to Upper Village

• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 25-minute walk to Fresh Street grocery store

• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course

• 30-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• Exit the complex, turn left onto Spearhead Drive, and walk for one minute, the bus stop will be on the right going downhill

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Excellent location and space

Ski in and out was really handy and bus was very close to the front gate. Lots of space for 3 couples and kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. Any problems or queries we had were very quickly dealt with by management. We loved our stay here.

Fantastic stay in a lovely Whistler townhome!

My family of four had a fabulous time at Stoneridge 12 and would come back again in a heartbeat. The location was perfect, an easy walk with skis to the slopes and an even better “ski-in” experience back almost all the way to the door, and an easy walk to the village for our kids, ages 9 and 13. The set-up was great, comfortable beds and beautiful decor. They had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. We will try to book again for sure!

April Skiing Trip

The property is very appointment and a short walk (300metres) to the ski slope. The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware required to prepare all meals in the townhome. There is a hot tub which is really nice to have after a days skiing. The dining room table can seat 10 comfortably. There is one covered parking space and enough room for another car to park using the visitor parking pass which is provided.

Great place for extended summer stay

We spent an amazing 4 week vacation at this place. Great location, quiet but close enough to the village and also Lost Lake. Townhouse is well equipped with everything we needed. Kids loved the hot tub, we loved the BBQ.

Great condo, convenient location

This condo was nicely furnished and updated and very comfortable for our group of 5 adults. It is well-located, either as a short walk from the #5 bus or a shortcut down to Merlin\'s run (and onto the upper village / Blackcomb gondola). If your shoes have good traction, it\'s an easy 10-15 minute walk to the main village. Comes with one parking spot and we did not have trouble getting one of the first-come guest spots (right across from the unit). Communication with the company was great - they were responsive to questions about parking and early check-in, and also informed us of a bus strike (which allowed us to avoid a 15 minute wait for a bus that never came). Highly recommend!
