The Aspens is locally known as THE BEST slope-side location AT the base of Blackcomb Mountain. A true ski-in, ski-out condo, stone’s throw from the lift and close to everything Whistler has to offer. Less than 10 min walk to village centre, but less than 3 minutes too all the Upper Village restaurants and shops. Many amenities including secure underground pay parking, complimentary ski valet, heated pool, 3 hot tubs, fitness room, free wi-fi, cable & more! Our place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and ideal for families with kids!

The location couldnt be bettor...the unit was well equipped and very clean...the owner was super quick in responding..overall an excellent stay and would highly recommend this place!!
Great stay and will definitely return to the aspens again the unit was clean, updated and cozy. We’ve been to Whistler many times and have never stayed at the aspens, but will definitely choose this location again in the future and this unit if it’s available.
Generally great experience. Host was responsive, and apartment was in good condition. Listing as described. Some areas where cleaning could be improved (towels, tea cups), but overall nice stay. High prices overall (possibly due to a mix of greed, high demand, etc) but this is not unique to this host/stay so no stars were removed for this.
Unit can be a bit warm in the heat of the summer but there are several fans to keep things comfortable. Very convenient location, easy access bike storage in parkade and owners very accommodating and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay in Simon and Stephanie's unit. It is very convenient location in the building, close to parking and the front desk, as well as the pool area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and it was very clean, we will stay again!
We had a wonderful time at this unit. Location Location! The unit is quite charming and is well equipped. The king size bed is extremely comfortable. We hope to visit again!

Easy access to the slopes. The unit is in the first floor which made it easy to get in and out while wearing our ski gears. The unit is cozy space and owners are easy to get a hold of.
The location cannot be beat. Walking distance to the slopes, the shuttle and the upper village. The unit was well stocked and clean. Emails and communication was detailed and friendly. Front desk wasn’t the most helpful, but it was fine. I would return.
Our stay at this property was fantastic. The location near the base of Blackcomb was ideal and allowed us to move between the slopes and our home base seamlessly. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our time at this lovely well appointed condo. It was just as pictured as well as quiet and clean. We especially appreciated the proximity to the base of Blackcomb gondola and village. It was easy to navigate our way around. We would return here in a heartbeat!
We very much enjoyed our stay in this unit. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed - including board games and puzzles! It was located a short walk away from the front lobby and the pool area, and the building was a 2 minute walk to the Upper Village. The owners provided us with all the information we needed to use the building facilities (pool, bike locker etc), and we had no issues with access to the unit. We would love to stay here again on our next visit! Thanks for a great stay!
Very comfortable, super close to slopes and village
All you need in this very comfortable unit, steps to ski slopes, and resort pool and hot tub, easy walk - few minutes to village bars, restaurants and shops. Perfect stay.
Stephanie and Simon were effective communicators about what to expect. Access was easy, the place was perfect on the first floor with easy access to the ski valet and laundry. The kitchen was well stocked to cook at home which we did for all breakfasts and most dinners. The king bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure for relaxing muscles after a day of skiing. In and out covered parking was straightforward and required payment only once at the beginning of the stay. Would definitely rent this place again when we return.
Wholeheartedly recommend this property. Brilliant location, close to the slopes and a short ski to the black comb gondola. Ski rental onsite. Easy walk to all the amenities.
The appartment was equipped with everything we needed, we’ve travelled to so many places where the kitchen equipment was lacking and it was hard to make meals but this had everything we needed and it was all really well looked after and spotlessly clean. We had a really comfortable stay and felt very relaxed as a result, which was much needed as we did feel a bit nervous about travelling after so long.
All the instructions were really clear and the owners very helpful. Highly recommended.
