Overall we loved it
We loved the unit, unfortunately it was end of May so trees was fully mature so could not see the beautiful mountain from our wine de that we consul see once we were outside. The cleaning staff did not take out the dishes from dishwasher from the last customer. Also there is a mild smell but eventually became an issue. Can’t put my finger on the smell. If I had to guess. It smells like the old grease on the fan filter from the over stove fan.
Also said the sauna and whirlpool would be finished repairs by the day before we arrived but was not, so all weekend no access to whirlpool. One of the reasons I booked it was knowing the pool and sauna and whirlpool would be open.

Need lights at the door code pads. At night cannot see the numbers. When cold and tired and carrying bags/skis...trying to see the number pad is frustrating. Light it up.
Was a very lovely unit and enjoyed it! Thank you.

This property (unit 207) was adequate but is dated. It was fine for the price that we paid but I'm not sure I'd stay there again. The pillows were horrible and I'm quite sensitive to dust and found myself awake both nights with allergies. The place is NOT dusty and appeared perfectly clean but I think this is how it is with older properties. I also saw silverfish in the bathroom while I was up in the middle of the night. I think this may be expected in an older property but still not something you want to see in the middle of the night. The unit was well equipped for cooking and everything was functional (except for one lamp). The location of the property suited our needs for ski in/out and a place to sleep at night but otherwise I wouldn't return due to the age of the property and the property/cleaning gfees (expensive for shorter stays but more reasonable if we stayed for a week).
Spacious, Clean
No laundry in the suite or in building, No A/C, Stayed for four days but no one came to replace towels/linens with multiple requests to do so.

Disliked: Amenities
We were re routed to the Aspen's it was hard to find poor directions no food ammenities in the building. Told we didn't have to pay parking and we did. Overall poor experience and would not stay again.
Codes didn't work properly.
The entire yard was under construction. Noise would start at 8:00 am. The pool, hot tub and games room were all out of order due to construction. This was never communicated at any time prior to arrival. The front desk is off site.
Check in on website said one location... we showed up at that location to check in and told no it's somewhere else. Finally checked in and got to the place... building seemed old and run down. Not a pleasant look on the outside- grass all over grown. No where online does it say outside pool area is all under construction. So no pool or anything. The room needs up keep and needs a good reno. Parking garage didn't feel secure. Will never stay there again.

Deceptive
This place is terrible. It is sold as a hotel, but is really managed condos. There’s no front desk, you have to go to another building to check in. So towels for the pool.
There’s absolutely zero reason to pay for extra people.
The ‘management’ company claims they don’t know anything about street parking, but say you’re welcome to pay $20/night to park your car onsite. Check the signs outside, you can park your car right in front of the hotel just like everyone else is.
I’d rather stay in a hostel next time.
I am very upset with the property we rented this weekend in whistler. I have stayed in this building before, but it was my first time through expedia. Our king size bed was 2 very old and worn out twin beds pushed together. The pullout sofa had no mattress or pillows. There was minimal supplies in the kitchen, NOT even a pot holder. The bathroom toilet was filthy and shower tiles were disgusting and slippery. The bed linens have holes in them and the place was so dam hot we couldn’t even breath. I have never been so disappointed and tired from a trip to Whistler, we come here very often and have never had this type of experience. We would have been better off sleeping in our cars or a hostel.
Also the fridge door is broken and the fridge hums all night long because it is constantly trying to cool off.
I would appreciate a call back as we tried to contact Whistler Premier properties but because we booked through Expedia they could not assist us.

Great time
We enjoyed Whistler. Ski hill had great weather. People are friendly. The condo was clean. Nice accommodations. Hot tub was hot after day skiing. Felt great!! Did not go into pool. Bus is easy to use once we tried it. Taxi service is easy to use. Ski out had to push a little but not bad. Ski in brought you to the front of the resort. Better skiing in than out. Walk to lower village not bad. About 5-10 minute walk each way. Lots of restaurants and shops.
Great place to stay. It's walking distance to the slopes!

Not Quite 4 star. 3.75
Our group stayed in three different units at The Marquise. 421 was the only one overlooking the courtyard. It is VERY noisy on this side as all the sounds echo and bounce off the walls.
Positives: Comfortable furnishings. nicely updated bathroom. Large table with chairs. Sufficient kitchen utensils. Secure underground parking.
Cons: Noise from courtyard, constant LOUD drip onto the a/c unit. Very warm in unit. Bed is only a queen. Have to stop at Whistler Lodge in the village to check in before going on up to The Marquise.
The Marquise says it is ski in/out. This is not quite accurate. It IS close to the base of Blackcomb which makes for an easy walk to the Main Village. However there is a road to cross and a few hundred meters path to get to slopes and it runs horizontal. Cross country ski in/out perhaps when the weather permits. There are no services at this building. There is laundry on the first floor and a gym. The price does reflect that this unit is not as nice as some of the other completely remodeled units on VRBO and Tripadvisor. But for convenience to the village The Marquise is a good choice.

Very small, pictures seems a lot bigger
When we arrived very difficult to find a location, the owner was no help did not email us did not stand touch with us to let us know how to get in, we had to figure everything out on her own, when we arrived the condo was extremely small looked a lot bigger in the pictures, we did not have TV for two days, many door codes very difficult got locked out at one point , Is very close to the ski resort, I would not stay there again
Was awesome. Kids had fun in d pool n sauna. Room was well stocked for family stay. Close to blackcomb adventure zone n about 15mins walk to Whistler village. Also walking distance to lost lake. The staff at 4220 were very pleasant n responsive

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
There is no maid service, which for a hotel that s the equivalent to one star. There was no A.C. in the room, and in some summer days is needed. If you're staying more than couple of days, you'll need to purchase cleaning products

Perfect location
Had a great time at the Marquise. Super quiet spot for night time relaxing. But yet still a close 5 minutes walk to the village to get in all the excitement. it was great having a 1 minute walk to the hill where we snowboarded down to the lift. The condo itself with great, lots of room for the 2 of us and very clean. It was nice having a cool breeze come through to cool us down after a long day on Blackcomb mountain. The only minor down spot was that the codes we had for the condo door and for all the other doors like the garage and the hot tub and the main entrance. would have been great to just have one code to open all doors. But other then that I will definitely be renting this place again in the future.

Ski Trip
Serviceable unit. Worked well for our purposes. Unfortunately the weather was awful and skiing near impossible in the white outs.
Nice stay with everything necessary for a ski trip
Our stay was very nice. The room was comfortable, if not incredibly modern. Everything worked and the room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There's no daily cleaning, but that's fine if you're there for the mountain, and not the room. Easy bus access made getting to and from the Village a breeze, but if you're out late, keep an eye on the bus schedules.

Condo rental short drive from main village
Overall we had a positive experience. Location was perfect for what we needed (close to Ironman activities). Amenities were great including the pool and gym access. The unit was clean, had everything we were looking for in the fully stocked kitchen, as well as offered toiletries (shampoo and conditioner) which was a nice touch.
There wasn't anyone working at the hotel/condo lobby front desk for the duration of our stay, so when questions arose, for example with the underground parking, we had to call the check-in hotel (located down the hill in the Whistler village). They didn't seem to know specifics about the underground parking in the building, and told us to talk to the worker at the front desk in our building, however there wasn't anyone there for our 3 days. Clearly there was a disconnect as the check in facility and our condo site didn't communicate regularly...
A downside... our unit overlooked the front entrance. There was a designated smoking area to the left of our balcony, and throughout our stay we could smell cigarette smoke.
