THE SPACE This is a lovely 1 bedroom main floor condo with a new kitchen and bathroom. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area are a highlight of any visit. Ideal for work from home with WIFI and TV. There is a full kitchen with everything you need if you wish to cook. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. The space works very well for singles, couples or families. WIFI is free. The secured underground parking is Free.
KITCHEN Guests walk in to fully equipped, updated kitchen with Oven, Stove, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee pot, Kettle, Toaster & more! Make a quick meal before you hit the slopes. Or sit around the 4 person dining table to enjoy. You can relax on the beautiful Pottery Barn leather couches and enjoy your favorite TV shows and movies (Netflix App) on the large screen TV while the gas fireplace is going. Like to wake up and sit outside with your cup of coffee? Enjoy the seating on the patio and breathe in that fresh, mountain air. The washroom has a nicely updated large walk in shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided by Nestaide Management. Sleep in on vacation while enjoying a Queen sized bed for your comfort. Coffee and tea are provided for your stay with us as well as oil, salt, and pepper for cooking.
HOT TUB & POOL/ BBQ AREA The Lake Placid Lodge offers a communal hot tub, sauna, heated pool, and BBQ area with tons of space to hang out, lounge, and soak up the sun in the Summer months! Decompress in the hot tub after a long day on the hill.
LAUNDRY The washer and dryer are conveniently located in-suite.
PARKING Although you do not need a car for your stay, park in the underground, secure lot during your stay.
SKI & BIKE ROOM The ski/bike room is located at the front entrance. You will need your own ski key or lock to lock up your gear. The room is very secure as every guests do need a code to get in. Guests will need to use their own ski locks.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE The sofas are pull-out beds, but we do not advertise them as such. They are broken and should NOT be used by guests. Please do not open the sofa beds during your stay.
This entire property is NON SMOKING.
We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what`s supplied.
If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren`t available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.
