The Space:

Snow settles quietly across the treetops as morning light pours through tall windows, the mountains beyond emerging in soft layers of white and grey. You linger with a warm drink, watching skiers trace distant lines while the house stays hushed and still around you. By evening, the glow of firelight and the muffled calm of winter draw everyone together indoors.



Set high above the valley in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this entire home offers a secluded mountainside retreat with forest surroundings and wide mountain views. Seasonal ski-in ski-out access connects you to the slopes, while the private neighborhood gondola provides a quick, four-minute ride to Creekside. Whistler Village is a ten-minute drive away, balancing privacy with easy access to dining and shops.



Living spaces

The main living level is designed for gathering after long days outdoors. A spacious lounge centers around a fireplace beneath a cathedral ceiling, with expansive windows that frame the surrounding peaks. Nearby, the dining area seats ten, and the kitchen opens seamlessly into the space, making it easy to cook, serve, and linger together. The kitchen is fully equipped and anchored by a large island with seating for four, ideal for casual breakfasts or evening conversation.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 13 guests across seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Two primary suites feature king beds, gas fireplaces, walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms with deep soaker tubs and glass-enclosed showers. Additional bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom and TV. A seventh bedroom offers a single bed and a crib, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination. Each room provides a quiet, comfortable place to unwind.



Entertainment and relaxation

After skiing or exploring Whistler, retreat to the media room, where a flat-screen TV, fireplace, and table tennis table invite relaxed evenings indoors. A gym on site allows you to stretch or keep up with routines, and a mudroom makes coming and going on snowy days easy.



Outdoor spaces

Even in winter, the outdoor areas add to the experience. The covered lower deck is home to a hot tub, where you can soak while snow falls softly around you, and an outdoor firepit offers a warm place to gather. The main deck includes outdoor seating and a BBQ, extending the living space into the crisp mountain air.



Neighborhood

Kadenwood sits approximately 1,000 feet above Creekside Village, offering a rare sense of seclusion. Ski-out access is located about 200 meters from the home, with seasonal ski-in ski-out availability dependent on snowfall. The private gondola links the neighborhood directly to Creekside’s lifts, trails, and amenities.



This home is well suited for families or groups seeking space, privacy, and a true Whistler mountain setting - a place to return to warmth, quiet, and shared moments after days spent in the snow.



Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.

• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Magnificent Home with Spectacular Views!

Our recent stay couldn’t have been more perfect! This home was stunning and impeccably furnished offering every luxurious comfort you could imagine. The two master suites with the finest linens and spa like ensuites were a dream…the view from the soaker tub was absolutely breathtaking!! We enjoyed the use of the gym and the steam shower and the ping pong table was a lot of fun. Sitting in the outdoor hot tub surrounded by snow was magical!! We enjoyed morning coffees by the wood burning fire and shared evening glasses of wine surrounded by beauty …..both inside and out!! We will most definitely be back!! ❤️
