The Space:

Snow settles quietly on the evergreens outside your window as morning light filters through tall picture windows. Step into the crisp mountain air from your deck, then return to the warmth of the indoor fireplace after a day on the slopes. Evenings unfold with the hush of the forest around you - boots drying in the mudroom, gloves warming nearby, and the comfort of a home designed for gathering.



Set directly on Blackcomb Mountain in the Painted Cliff complex, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse places you steps from the action while offering a sense of seclusion among the trees. With ski-in/Ski-out access when weather permits and a one-minute walk to Merlin’s Run, you can reach the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair without driving. The Upper Village is within walking distance, and a free shuttle connects you to Whistler Village in minutes.



Living spaces

Spread across three levels, the open living area is framed by forest and mountain views. Comfortable seating surrounds the presto log indoor fireplace, creating an inviting place to unwind. A wall-mounted TV with cable offers relaxed evenings indoors, while high-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected. Heating throughout keeps the home comfortable during colder months.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, with a dining table that seats eight. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast before skiing or sharing a long dinner together, the space flows easily for cooking and conversation.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper-level primary bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private deck overlooking the trees, along with an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and double vanity. On the main level, the secondary bedroom offers a tri-bunk bed and an ensuite with a deep soaking bathtub and overhead shower. The third bedroom features a king bed, dresser, closet, and TV with cable. The fourth bedroom includes two sets of twin bunk beds, along with a closet and dresser. A separate main-level bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower adds convenience for your group. The home sleeps 8 guests.



Outdoor living & amenities

A private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill offers fresh mountain air between adventures. After skiing, soak in the shared hot tub within the complex. The home also includes a private entrance, in-unit washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and a secure underground parking space, with additional guest parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Self check-in with a smart lock provide added flexibility, and long term stays are welcome.



Families and small groups looking to spend their days on the mountain and their evenings by the fire will feel at home here - a comfortable base for winter days in Whistler.



Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Great Condo for our group

Convenient location to Blackcomb Mountain, easy ski in/out. Host was very attentive with information ahead of our visit. Unit was very clean at arrival and well stocked in the kitchen to support nights in. Highly recommend.

Property was Great - snow conditions were not good.

The property and its location were great - short walk to the bus stop and Merlins run. Unfortunately for our group we happened to be there when the snow gods didn't deliver the goods. Still had a good time - always do.

Amazing

Bunk beds were small for sons who were 6’ plus. Great proximity to hill, parking and hot tub. Bus transportation was easy to use. Only improvements would be a larger pot, upstairs bedroom bathroom door was squeaky and upstairs bathroom lighting was too dim. Coat hooks would be helpful. Awesome stay. We’d definitely return!

Amazing ski in ski out location. Could see hot tub from balcony but far enough away for privacy and noise. Underground parking confusing, need key, another car parked in my spot, mine got towed, but thankfully my tow cost was covered by Whistler Platinum. Bunk beds noisy and small distance lower to upper bunk beds. Upstairs bedroom bathroom door squeaky and lighting too dim. We loved out stay and would return!

Great Stay!

Excellent place to stay for a large family/group. The place isn\'t huge but is laid out very well so you never feel like you are on top one another. The kitchen is probably one of the best equipped kitchens I have ever seen at a rental - in addition to most of the things you would expect, there was waffle maker, blender, kids plates and utensils, etc. The only downside was the hot water would sometimes run low so we had to stagger our baths/showers. There was 8 of us staying in this place and we all agreed we would definitely come back again.
