The Space:

Snow settles quietly along the edge of Alta Lake, and the mountains rise still and white beyond your windows. After a day on the slopes, you return to warmth - boots drying in the garage, a fire glowing inside, and the lake resting just beyond the trees. Mornings begin slowly here, with soft winter light and coffee shared before the day unfolds.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, stone fireplace, TV, and a private deck overlooking the lake. Its ensuite includes a bathtub, glass-enclosed rain shower, and double vanity, creating a comfortable space to unwind. The second bedroom features a king bed and walk-out deck, with an adjoining bathroom that includes a bathtub and shower combo. In the third bedroom, a king-split bed can be arranged as a king or 2 singles, with a nearby bathroom equipped with a glass shower and single vanity. A powder room on the main level adds convenience for shared living.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is designed for gathering, with a gas cooktop, center island, and ample space to prepare meals together.
