Spread across three levels, this townhouse offers room for up to 8 guests to gather and unwind. The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, a large TV with cable, and comfortable seating arranged around the fireplace. A mudroom on the lower level provides practical storage for ski gear, with a bench and closet to keep everything organized between mountain outings. Heating throughout the home ensures a cozy return after time outdoors.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with marble counters and stainless steel appliances that make cooking feel seamless. A breakfast bar overlooks the living room, keeping everyone connected, while the dining table seats eight for shared dinners after full days on the mountain. The primary bedroom on the main level features a queen bed, deck access, a TV with cable, and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted bath and glass-enclosed shower, plus a second hallway entrance. Upstairs, a secondary bedroom offers a queen bed, balcony with golf course views, and an en-suite with a glass-enclosed shower. The third bedroom includes a king-split bed and a frosted window overlooking the living room. The fourth bedroom has a twin bunk bed and desk. • Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home.

• The Gleneagles complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
