Very nice overall. The fridge wasn’t very cold and would make noise. The dishwasher cycle was very long for a normal wash. The property was well maintained and great for a family. Enjoyed the close location to the village and hike/bike access. The private hot tub was well received.

I liked the deck top hot tub, comfy bed and quiet neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and had lots of towels and utensils for cooking. It was very clean and well appointed. The gas fireplace did not work but other than that it was a great visit!

We stayed for 2 nights. Place was clean and close to the market place. My only criticism is I wish there is a sign from the main door going to the living. It was quiet deep and not ideal for elderly.

This is my fourth time staying at Glacier’s Reach and the second time at this particular unit. It’s a perfect quiet getaway for me to unwind. I’m usually too burnt out to go out exploring Whistler, so the private hot tub is usually where I spend a lot of my time. As a solo traveller, I always feel safe in this area.

Happy family getaway

Great family get away

It was a great family get away. Property itself is quite old and some updates in unit would be nice but still enjoyable. Hot top was perfect! Even it was a hot day my mother used it and she was very happy. Grocery, liquor stores are just a cross the street and very quiet area to stay. Will definitely book again next time.

The location was excellent. It was a five minute walk to the Olympic rings. The property was in good condition. My only concern was the queen bed was creaky so every time we turned it made a noise. Also, it would be nice to have a second cosy chair in the living room, other than that we all had a wonderful stay and the private hot tub was amazing after a long day .

Great location poor management old appliances

We checked in late in the evening to find a dirty bed without linens. The next day they tried to kick us out even if we paid for two nights. Later was deemed a miscommunication. The ac is louder than a diesel truck probably something from the 80s. On the positive it’s a great location and can comfortably sleep 6 people with a well equipped kitchen.

Below average place for a premium cost. If you are a bunch of students on a tight budget, this is a great pick since youll be getting trashed anyway and partying, i woukd have loved it like 7 years ago. If you are a working professional and think this will live up to good standards, definity skip. A Holiday In Express on a side of any highway is cleaner and more modern than this place. Just book fairmont or pay more premium for a nicer chalet. The bad: - Carpets smell - DIRTY grill on arrival (not sanitary) - TRASH around jacuzzi (not sanitary) - Microwave dirty, from last century - Hair fan, broken, from last century - Outdated furniture The good: - Bathrooms clean-ish - Good location - Good fireplace - indoor parking -jacuzzi is outside, but based on the lack of cleanliness around we regret using it. The hotels.com app wont let me upload photos so ill describe it: - broken fan - old, dirty, broken microwave - extremely dirty grill (we ended up not using it) - used beer cans around the jacuzzi

Stay was ok but could have been better. After checking in and unpacking everything seemed fine. We encountered an issue in the late evening. Contacted our contact with immediate response and he put us in a new unit. Moved at 930pm to a new unit. It was a hassle considering we had already unpacked and had to repack clothes and kitchen to move units. Appreciate we were moved into a different unit but was only offered an apology. Not even a refund of some sort, discount on a different stay or a bottle of wine… Nothing. Definitely not what we expected for a birthday weekend. After the hassle we did enjoy the hot tub and the area.
