Everything was spotless and comfortable. ​The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful to ensure we had everything we needed. Plus, the location is unbeatable—it's close to the Ferrari Museum, making it the perfect home base for a pilgrimage to Maranello. "The room is a dormitory room. The bed had no box spring, just a thin mattress on a platform. The bidet is in the shower. The walls and ceiling are covered with burlap. The staff was rude and unhelpful. You can hear the movie theatre next door in your room. We left early even thought the room was fully paid and non-refundable."

"Rooms were immaculate and cleaning staff worked very hard. Breakfast was ok. Considering the hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, meaning that gusts may choose to stay and utilise the bar, I would have thought that keeping the bar staffed would be a priority? Sadly not! Had to repeatedly ask for some e to serve our group of 6 people. Ended up just leaving due to the wait one night. When we complained, we got shouted at! Pool area and corridors had a drain smell but luckily this didn’t extend to the rooms. Overall, good for a quick stop over - but that’s all! "
