I knew we would be arriving late on the train and he was so calming and reassuring - this was important as we have never travelled to Italy before. Grazie! "This is a clean hotel and the rooms were nice looking. Hardest most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, floor would have been better. Needs to upgrade the bed! Loud banging until about midnight, not very quiet. Nice to have croissants and coffee available for free so very early! We had to pay 15 Euro for shuttle, that’s not described well in the overall description, shuttle was nice to airport. So I’d say this place is a C+\B-"
