"Karen and Graham were excellent hosts and the breakfast was a full English one and many other options in the morning. Pretty easy walk from the train station along the seashore promenade to the Guesthouse. We lucked out with 4 sunny days and enjoyed ourselves as many restaurants and eateries in the neighbourhood."

"Great place to stay in Weymouth - has parking and is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast was great and on our first morning we were out early so Keith made sure we had bacon sandwiches to take with us. The hosts couldn't make us feel more welcome!"

"Great staff all very friendly they couldn’t do enough for us. Had a honesty bar which was a really good idea. You could take own drink into bar hosts didn’t mind at all. Also a microwave to heat your own food if you wished to do so. Breakfast was very good you could have whatever you wanted. Lots of options. Modern and very clean. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again. Situated right on sea front and 3 minute walk to train station. Very convenient. "

There is a large range of options for breakfast. On the minus side, the footsteps from the rooms upstairs can be quite loud."

"Exceptional service in a great location. Oliver is a wonderful host always wanting to ensure guests are looked after and if anything is needed. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well furnished. The location is excellent and the breakfast had a great choice and was of superb quality. The only issue to consider is the lack of onsite parking. There are a limited number of free onstreet parking spaces close to the hotel (which we were lucky to use)."
