Welcome to my charming 74-square-meter suite, which is located in an enviable spot right on the banks of the Lahn River. Located right in the heart of Wetzlar, this super-central, high-quality new-construction apartment offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Just 5 minutes to city centre and the train station: The suite’s excellent location allows you to reach both city centre and the train station within just a 5-minute walk. This gives you the perfect starting point for exploring Wetzlar while enjoying the peace and beauty of the riverside setting.

Right on the river: The large balcony offers a picturesque view of the Lahn. An ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the idyllic riverside scenery.

Well-equipped kitchen: The modern kitchen has everything you could want. Fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining, including a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee.

Extra sleeping arrangements: In addition to the comfortable queen-size bed in the bedroom, the living room features a cosy sleeper sofa and matching armchairs, ideal for relaxing evenings or accommodating additional guests.

For families & business travellers: Whether you’re here on business or for a family holiday, the suite offers amenities such as free parking, a smart TV with Netflix and Disney+, high-speed internet for entertainment and work at any time, and plenty of space for up to 5 guests, ensuring everyone is comfortably accommodated.

Registration Requirement:
A copy of your ID and contact information are required before check-in, as there is a registration requirement in Germany

Check-out time:
A fee of 50€ will be charged for check-outs after 10 a.m. that have not been prearranged. This covers the cleaning staff’s overtime, key management, and rescheduling of cleaning services

Residential area:
The accommodation is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to avoid excessive noise

Parties:
No stag nights, hen nights, or similar parties are allowed in this house

Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment except on the balcony (Additional €250 cleaning fee to remove odours and stains)!

Lost keys and damage:
If you damage the property, lose the keys, or fail to return them to the key box, you will be charged €400!
1. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Earlier or later times may be possible upon request for a fee.PGJyPgPGJyPg2. Digital Identification: For verification and everyone’s safety, the guest who made the reservation must provide digital identification before check-in. The process is simple, secure, and is handled via a link that we send to the guest after a successful booking. Your data will, of course, be treated confidentially.

3. Prostitution & Commercial Use: The accommodation is rented exclusively for private, non-commercial residential purposes. Any commercial activity, in particular commercial sex work (prostitution), is strictly prohibited. Receiving rotating, unregistered guests or customer traffic is not permitted and will be considered a disturbance of the peace. Violations will result in termination without notice and an immediate ban from the premises.

4. Local Residents: Bookings by people from the immediate vicinity are not permitted. Please contact us for exceptions.

5. Noise & Parties: Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

6. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A fee of 250 € will be charged for the removal of odours and stains in the event of a violation.

7. Photography and Videography: Commercial photography or videography without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Occupancy: Check-in is permitted only for the registered number of guests. All guests staying overnight must be registered by name prior to arrival. A fee per night will be charged for each unregistered guest.

9. Pets: We love animals, but have decided to keep this apartment pet-free, as many people have allergies. This also excludes service animals. A separate cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

10. Liability: The guest making the reservation is fully liable for all damage, injuries, and losses, as well as for the replacement costs in the event of lost keys (additional cost of €400, as all locks in the building must be replaced), key cards, remote controls, or parking permits for the respective apartments, as well as for claims for damages arising from the improper use of the provided internet access. This includes, among other things, visiting illegal websites and downloading, storing, and processing illegal web content.

11. Theft: The theft or misappropriation of any items will be reported to the police.

12. Surveillance: Noise detection systems may be used to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be in place in public areas.

13. Furniture: Please do not move the furniture.

14. Cleanliness: Please wash your dishes.

15. Tidiness: Please take out the trash before you leave.

16. Legality: Illegal substances are not permitted on the premises.

17. Heating: In accordance with the German heating season, the central heating is in operation from October 1 through April 30.

18. Acceptance: By making a reservation, you agree to the house rules. Violations may result in termination of your stay and expulsion from the property.
