"Room is big with living room. Kitchen wares are clean, new and usable. Comes with a free charger for our ev but there were only 4 and fully parked. Only bad experience is that when I checkout, the only lift is out of services. I have to lift my luggage down the stairs!"

"Majority of the staff were great - friendly and helpful. One morning staff member was extremely rude - hostile even - about a breakfast misunderstanding. Could do with some air conditioning in the bar. Pull out bed was a little too small for our daughter. This aside, enjoyed the stay."
