"There was no breakfast"

"The hokey was great! Clean, staff was great! Would definitely stay again The elevator was at the end of the long hallway and we were on the 3 floor so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. If you’re not willing to walk I’d ask to be on the bottom floors. Also the continental breakfast was ok! Just cereal, bagels and stuff like that no hot food. But it’s was good for what it was. No real complaints! The price was great! "

"Very disappointed you have to walk 5 mins to parking. Waiting to get security to let you into a secondary lot. When you can’t provide convenient parking, you shouldn’t charge full price of $30 plus tax per night. Staff wouldn’t reduce cost of parking, no offer of a breakfast voucher or any compensation. Will never stay at any of your hotels again based on this lack of customer service and understanding. Also, put on 12th floor which requires switching elevators. Since you primarily cater to travellers, the hotel should make things easier for tired, grumpy individuals and not add to frustration. I would’ve been happy with paying half price for parking, since I got 2nd rate construction service. "

"Great hot breakfast. Room was spacious, clean and appeared recently renovated. Had some remote for the tv issues but figurd it out. Good price."

"If you like your car towed and get a $75 ticket for not having consent to park on the while you're staying at the hotel and get charged $361.58 for towing your car and then pay Uber to get to your Towing yard then this is the place to stay at. Management totally unresponsive."

"Hotel was good, check in went well. Parking was limited but did eventually find a spot. The BIG ISSUE came with our room. When we got the room we came in to find it very warm. As we were later to check in we dropped our stuff, turned the thermostat down and went to dinner and the pool. When we returned to our room it was still very warm in the room. We checked the thermostat and had it cranked down to 67F but the room still showed 76F. We turned up the fan on it and went to bed. By midnight the room was 79F and unbearable. I called the front desk to be told they could remotely access the heating/cooling system and the issue would be corrected soon. 45 minutes later the room was still 79F. Two more calls to the front desk now well past midnight with no sleep we were told they had no extra rooms available and no maintenance staff available. The only option, a portable fan brought to the room. They assured me I would receive a partial refund for the massive discomfort and inconvenience of being up most of the night. But at check out we were told management said no such refund would be issued. Will not be returning to the hotel. Especially at almost $400 per night. Disappointed "
