"this hotel scams you with extra false charges after check out, I am not a smoker and they charged me $500 dollars for "smoking in the room". And refused to return the charge after I explained that I am not a smoker. No evidence was provided because there was none. I travel often and I can confidently say this was one of my worst hotel experiences "

"Facility was pretty clean but dated. At least the rooms are very dated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was too pricy for the quality being offered. We opted to go out for breakfast. Pool was under construction. Views were pretty cool facing the west if you dont mind the highway noise (we didnt). "

"I loved staying at this hotel! The beds were very comfortable, the view from my room was very nice and I wasn't even on the mountain view side. There are walking paths all around and plenty of things to do near by. I will absolutely stay here again. The only things that didn't feel like a high end hotel were the elevators. The doors slam closed and people have carved/scratched into the paint inside. Otherwise this trip was amazing. I recommend the caramel macchiato from the coffee bar in the lobby, it was very good! "

"Drake at the front desk was great! Made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. He was kind and welcoming. We needed a humidifier which he accommodated very quickly. Very clean place and great restaurant!"
