"The staff were very unprofessional. They day before the visit I called to see if we could come in early they told me to call at 2:45 the day of our reservation. I called as instructed the next day about 2:45 they proceed to tell me that they canceled our room stay due to the air conditioners being broken and would not be able to get fixed. They did not try to provide any alternatives nor did they call us ahead of time so we could have made different accommodations. When I asked if they could give us a different room they just said no. I feel that they were very unprofessional and how they handled the situation and us and I would never stay in any of their facilities."

"The hotel was adequate. It was clean, the staff were helpful and pleasant, and our room was also clean. I think the hotel needs a refresh, as it is a little shabby. My mattress was lumpy. The lobby area carpet is getting threadbare. Breakfast had plentiful options. The free dinner choices were hit or miss, with over-salted food the biggest problem. There were fresh greens and tomatoes from which to make a salad. Drury offere 3 free cocktails/wine/beer per night. I had a Cabernet which was okay. My friend had cocktails that she said had variable levels and quality of tequila, To me, the coffee was lousy. There was a good tea selection. For a family, the free food as well as the pool could make this a good choice. I dont think I would stay here again"

"The ad on webpage is false! It looks nothing like the hotel. Cobwebs hanging over pool long enough to swing from. Stuff floating in pool, hair in tub and sink, filthy microwave on the outside like its never washed. The outside was trashy unsafe neighbors hanging out smoking on property in a non smoking facility. It was worse stay ever!"

"When we walked into the room, the toilet is not flushed. There is debris on the carpet still. We requested to change a room, we were told all rooms are sold out so that room cannot be changed. The front desk girl is cold and said someone will come to clean the bathroom, but we waited an hour and nobody came and we have to clean ourselves. There is an unpleasant smell in the hallway, the elevator has scary sound when opens and closes. Also, we paid for almost $200 a night and the swimming pool is not open for guests since it is under maintenance."
