Wonderful getaway!
We had an amazing time at Mark's house. The home is clean and well maintained with many amenities that made the weekend extra special (cool nights by the fire pit were especially awesome)! Mark gave detailed directions about the house and provided us with lots of information about the neighborhood. Plenty of space for all 12 of us to be together. Highly recommend this rental!

An Amazing Girl's Weeend
We stayed for a weekend in February. 3 adults, 2 college students and 2 high school age girls. We had so much fun. Space was great for everyone to be together, cook, play music, games etc. It was a snowy weekend and the kids had so much fun outside. Rooms were beautiful.

Birthday Getaway
Our family celebrated Dad’s birthday and had a great experience! The house is as advertised and we felt right at home. There was ample room for all and the kitchen is awesome to prepare and serve meals. Don’t hesitate to book this house!

We enjoyed our short stay at Mark’s home. There was plenty of space for our group of 8. Parking and house access was easy. The location is fantastic, close to everything we needed. Great Get Together Weekend
We booked our stay for a combination of a mini family getaway and also an opportunity to get together with family and friends to see our baby. The house was spacious enough to have multiple people and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking multiple meals. The house was beautiful, especially the master suite. We had anything we could need. Check-in was a breeze and communication from Mark was excellent! We had such a great time, highly recommend booking Mark's place!

Great place for family get together
Had our family get together at Mark’s place for Christmas and New Year’s and had a great time. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and is an easy 10 min walk to town of Westhampton Beach. The house had plenty of room for a large gathering and Was well stocked. One item for families with small children or elderly parents is that all bedrooms required stair access that are fairly steep. We just blocked off the stairs and carried our 18 month old twin granddaughters up and down. Overall a great experience and would consider renting again - especially during warmer months when the pool is available.

Perfect for a family gathering
We spent Thanksgiving week at Mark’s house and it was the perfect place for our family gathering. We were a group of 10 adults, an infant, and a dog. The house has more than enough space for everyone to spread out when needed, but also felt cozy when we were gathered around the kitchen counter or seated in the dining room for meals. Mark was very communicative throughout the booking process, as well as during our stay. He was a gracious host and provided early check in, as well as flexibility when we needed it during checkout (getting a baby, dog and all of their gear out is a logistical challenge!), which was greatly appreciated. The house itself is beautiful — very clean, well maintained, and comes with everything you could need! We loved that we didn’t have to lug around extra baby gear because Mark had it all — cribs, high chairs and even a playpen! The kitchen is well-equipped and stocked with everything you need (pots, pans, spices and seasonings) for whipping up big meals. Toiletries and lots of towels are available, as well as necessities like paper towels and tissues, and access to a washer / dryer — these details make a stay so much more relaxing, when you feel like you’re actually staying in a home. We spent most of our time at the house, and felt like we had plenty to do, between grilling meals in the backyard, playing pool on the convertible pool table and just generally hanging out in the kitchen / living room area. If you have kids, this is a great house to stay in — tons of toys and equipment suited for young kids if all ages. Our baby and dog had a blast exploring the house. I would definitely book again for another gathering, hopefully next time in the summer so that we can enjoy the pool!

The overall impression is very favorable. Only significant suggestion is that the garage needs to be cleaned out and organized. It is offputting because that is the first thing you see. It is also not great for children since there is so much clutter at eye level. Definitely interested in future. Thanks.

Great house for families
We rented this property so we could spend quality time with family and friends in the area. We had a great time, Mark was super helpful. We loved the heated pool, fire pit, and the kids loved the bouncy house. There were plenty of pool towels. We also used the bicycles to ride to the beach. Such an awesome stay, we hope to get back there soon.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Marks beautiful house! The house is exactly as pictured. The home is a large space that comfortably fit my family and I, with guests ranging from adults to young adult and children. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own privacy, but to also enjoy each other’s company with the openness of the space. We especially enjoyed the backyard, which has a beautiful heated pool, fire pit, grill, and loungers. Marks home is truly a gem! If you are looking for a five star rental, with a host who will go above and beyond to ensure you have a great time, this is the place to stay. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was exactly as pictured and fit 12 adults comfortably. Mark was very responsive and helpful. I had a small issue getting the Sonos speakers set up and he made sure to help get it working. We had an amazing trip
The house is very spacious with a huge backyard. There are shops and supermarket within 2 miles of driving. We were able to enjoy the pool in May since it’s heated. The owner Mark is super friendly and easy to communicate. His response time is almost immediate. Overall it was an amazing experience and we would love to visit again!

Fantastic house!
We were a group of woman (mostly moms) looking for a quiet relaxing weekend and Mark's home was exactly that. The house had ample space for us to spread out and enough bedrooms for us all to be in our own space. The location was great, just. a short ride from the LIRR and main highway giving us access to the north fork one day and Montauk on another day. We stayed at the end o April and Mark heated the pool for us. Though it was in the 60s outside the pool stayed warm and we were able to enjoy it a few times! The home was clean and quiet, sound system throughout was great. The kitchen is dreamy to cook in and the pantry was really stocked. Stop&Shop delivered our groceries and we were all set. We rode bikes to the beach and found some local outdoor restaurants on the water along Dune Rd. We grilled one night and use the gas fire pit. Everything was just easy! I highly recommend this house for a family trip as it is fully equipped with bunk beds, pack n plays, high chairs, bikes and other toys and entertainment for children. We will hopefully stay here again one day!! Thanks Mark!

Beautiful HOME IN WestHampton
This house is so beautiful inside and outside. Very spacious , very clean. My family and I had a wonderful and memorable time there. It was the best choice to have spent my birthday weekend there. We love the three floors, and the extra two bedroom in the lower level - one would never thought it's the grown floor because of the high ceilings , the private bath, leaving area and the two extra bedrooms. The Master Bedroom of this house is a Master Piece. Too bad we couldn't use the backyard and the beautiful swimming pool due to the fact that it was still cold at the time we rented; It was 20 degrees Fahrenheit brrrrrr :) . Looking forward to staying there again in the near future. An Oasis By The Sea
This home is absolutely beautiful , roomy, and comfortable as well as immaculate ! My husband and I enjoyed a very relaxing stay here. We loved the location --- a quiet neighborhood, close to the village of Westhampton Beach, as well Long Islands's ocean beaches. Two of our adult children joined us to celebrate their Dad's birthday, and it was fun to prepare his favorite meal in such well equipped kitchen! We enjoyed walking on the beach as well as visiting the village of Westhampton Beach. Since we stayed in March, it was too cold to experience the swimming pool, however this house has indoor games for all ages ---including a pool table. Not even a very rainy, windy day (which we had while there) could dampen our spirits . Mark was warm and welcoming, as well as quick to respond to any questions we had.

It was such a pleasure staying at this property! Very clean, spacious rooms, and many different amenities. Mark was extremely accommodating & easy to work with. My family and I stayed here for my sisters wedding weekend and it was perfect. We had 2 kiddos in our group and the loved all of the toys available to them. The pool was closed since it we went in March, but would love to come back to utilize it!! Highly recommend!!

A Perfect Getaway Homestay
My friends and I loved staying here! Great location close to North Fork wineries and upscale Hamptons areas. But really loved just spending time in the house. The amenities like the pool table and fire pit made for wonderful entertainment. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and relax. Accurately photographed.
