"I had a hard time sleeping. The beds were very uncomfortable and the atmosphere was dismal, and the facilities were really rundown. I will not stay here again."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff were great. They brought clean towels daily and when we called they came up in a timely manner. When we checked in our guest services guy was very nice. He informed us of ways we could use to get around Vegas. The room was clean, but we think the carpeting needs to be replaced or shampooed. The temperature on the refrigerator needs to be checked to make sure it's at 40 degrees to maintain food safety for chilling foods. It seemed warm to us. The casino was ok. Didn't make use of the bar. Luggage assistance was great and the workers were nice. We stored our luggage and got it out in a timely manner. Thank you."

Luxor Hotel and Casino

"The Luxor was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Las Vegas. I wouldn't even give it a single star if I could. 1. Disastrous Cleanliness: The room was filthy. The bathroom mirror was covered in water stains, and the shower stall was so disgusting that I felt like I would be dirtier after taking a shower. To make matters worse, the toilet flush handle was broken, and when I managed to force it, it made a terrifying noise that sounded like the toilet was about to explode. 2. Poor Maintenance and Terrible Service: The air conditioning barely worked and made a loud, constant noise. When I tried to call the front desk for help, I was left on hold for nearly 50 minutes before finally getting through to a staff member. It is completely unacceptable to have guests wait that long. 3. Lack of Amenities: To top it all off, the TV didn't work at all, and there was no refrigerator in the room. Save your money and stay somewhere else. The lack of cleanliness and the terrible service make this place one of the worst options on the Strip. Would you like me to adjust the tone to be either more formal or perhaps even more aggressive?"

"Honestly very well kept hotel. Clean, great price, friendly staff. My bestie and I got upgraded to an executive suite which felt very luxurious, indeed. Jacuzzi, his & hers bathroom, living room with sectional, comfy king bed, incredible view of strip and mountains in distance. Absolute unit of a space, 10/10 recommend. Also walking distance to Sphere and many other spots on Strip. 24hr CVS inside hotel was super convenient as well. OMG Mystére!!!!! Incredible, kooky, crazy cirque du soliel show, genuinely jaw-dropping performers, worth every penny. You must check it out while staying at the hotel"

"Excellent over all!!! We were able to rest in a very comfortable bed and pillows. I love the bathroom very elegant. Customer seevice par excellence. Amanda - front desk - while checking in , she was very helpful to all our questions. We will for sure be back and recommend Bellagio to our families and friends."
