"After taking an hour and a half to finally get to my room with very little to no help and extremely rude staff through the information and helpdesk I was able to get in my room which smelled like cat urine quite intensely, and when I asked for a different room I was told I could just have my money back and leave little. Did they know I was on a trip to scout locations for a large project I’m operating and I was going to have up to 30 people staying in a location of a certain point they definitely lost out on that ine, and the vast majority of their blame goes to their “manager “of customer service I happen to get to my other location after booking a new hotel told them about this, and they laughed because somebody else came in with the same exact story I did stay away from this place"
