"Beatiful ranch setting with all the amenities for a quiet and relaxing stay. Best of all was the dog friendliness. Just a great place, nice lodge, spacious accommodation, and a terrific vibe. Cheers. "

"Room was nice and clean. Perfect location next to the Sphere with reasonable walking distance. Variety of restaurants. CVS and Starbucks very close by. Staff was great. Great stay for us. We will stay there again."
"The room is little shabby, with a stained bed sheet (looked like old stains that wasn’t taken care of properly),had to call the office and the cleaning sheets were brought to the room but we had to remake the bed. The room was cold with thin blanket only and heating could not be adjusted. Eventually, extra blankets were brought in.
Staff was helpful, got clean sheets and blankets.
The cafe opens at 7:00 am with a long line of people waiting, eager to have an early start for the park. I think it should open at 6 am instead. The breakfast is on the expensive side, a hot coffee and a small egg cheese sandwich is about $15.00.
The park is spectacular with magnificent views! Clean, well maintained and organized, with free shuttles running often, very convenient for the visitors.
The park is simply a must see. I hope I will be able to come to the park again, but I don’t think I will stay at Yavapai Lodge."
"Well wasn’t picked up without tremendous confusion. So drivers act like everyone knows where to go. Pick up the driver wouldn’t get out of car and we was 10 ft from the car at location we was told to go too. Hotel well check-in was a complete crap show. Check in at kiosk and then told to go to front desk. Now didn’t see sign with front desk on it so after 5 trips back and forth asking questions and waiting in line the priority area was open so went asked them and her e lady said she would help me but she was getting off work and wouldn’t get paid . She sent me to the lady at guest check in and that lady said if I wasn’t a gold member then I had to wait in the line just like everybody else does which we already had twice. We went to the line and there was a lady that asked me if she could help me and I told her what was going on and she said no go right over there and you could make your keys right from your phone so that’s what we did went to our room. So every time we would go somewhere in the daytime it smelt like sewer. Also we never put a sign on our door and never got fresh towels. Sheets changed. Nothing done at all in our room no cleanup no fresh cups. very poor service. So then going to get picked up to go home from the hotel which was told would be picked up in the front doors where we got dropped off by the same person. It was a different person and he said royal Towers. Was not aware of two different areas would not come to us. We walked to him he left us. "
The LINQ Hotel & Casino – A Caesars Rewards Destination
2/10 Terrible
"The cleanliness of the hotel is one of the main reasons. On the first day, when we went to take a shower, the drain was clogged and the water flooded the tub. The towels were dirty and smelled bad, and during the three days we stayed at the hotel, they didn’t clean the room until very late (5 pm), even though we had been requesting housekeeping since 9 am. The noise was unbearable."
"Strong showers, tv sucks, wifi is meh, telephone doesn't work, check in is weird but we got there early, room was ready a little late. Not at 3pm. Food was expensive in food court for like a fast food combo, so go somewhere else to get food. Tables were cheap enough. Blackout curtains were nice."
