Gooseberry Lodges is a perfect stay in a tiny house with fire pit and a grounds store that has all your needs, to enjoy the high desert. The property is well landscaped, has a playground and a pickle ball court. I highly recommend.

Stayed in the standard bunkhouse for two nights on a solo trip. Great parking, view, and price. A little noise from vehicle traffic on main road keep that in mind if your looking for something very quiet. Showers were hot and the office was stocked with coffee and other drinks and snacks for purchase. Would recommend and stay again.

Absolutely loved staying at the gooseberry lodge. I arrived at 2:30AM and was so thankful I didn’t have to deal with check in. Was able to park right next to my room and walk inside. There was no heating in the unit so it got a wee bit chilly at night but with wearing layers and two blankets I was fine. Although it was a 30-40 min drive into Zion and it was a lovely drive and great scenery. Place was clean and bare but very cute. I guess I can’t speak for everyone but while I was there the other guests were very quiet and respectful. Was never bothered by any noise. The only thing I will say is that there’s a blinking light (not consistent) above the bunk bed. Not a problem when you’re on the bottom bunk but I can see it being a problem on the top bunk. Overall great stay.
