"Rides to Graceland and airport 👍. Had a decent breakfast, many choices but same thing every day. The security was friendly and there. The desk clerk TJ was knowledgeable and super friendly. Maids had the rooms tidy. Wi-Fi worked for me. Never been to Memphis and everyone made the trip amazing. Thanks for being so hospitable Memphis. "

"When I got to the property I was told i didn’t book a hot tub room And that it was non refundable so i settled with a standard room ..walking up the stairs (elevator out of service ) I was then greeted by a poop turn walking up to my room there was a man that was not a worker who was rolling drugs That followed us all the way to our room and stood in the door the whole time ..I started to inspect the room as usual and pulled the covers back There was a big yellow stain and black and white spots all over the sheet I went to find a house keeper to ask for clean bedding who then respond those are clean I told him I still wanted different ones I started pulling the sheets off and food red and brown stains I then went down stairs to let the clerk know I did not wanna stay here and that non refundable would only be understandable if I received what I booked and if I received a clean room the clerk called me a liar and said I was never told there was a hot tub room available and that I would not be getting a refund and that I needed to contact who I book from I respond by raising my voice as well and telling her the condition of this room was unreal and it should Not been rented to me there was another lady in lobby yelling about her room condition the place was all around unprofessional unsanitary and unfit for living I would not recommend I’m out of my money for this room and I still had to book another room Expedia should cut ties with this hotel "

"overall the stay was great ! the rooms are a little outdated to me especially for how nice and inviting the lobby was ! the rooms were a bit of a let down however everything was clean and amenities were good . The staff were super friendly "

"We enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and the property is clean. The hotel provides paring at a reasonable rate and the parking is safe . Also, Beale street is within walking distance from the hotel. "

"We have stayed here a few times when we come to watch the Grizzlies, but we will think twice when we come back to Memphis in December. Our room was not ready after the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, so we ran behind meeting up with friends. The man who had to not only deal with, but MANY other was giving it his best, so thank you. I asked to speak with a manager, but he/she never showed. Courtside Grill-avoid if you want breakfast. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone just to greet us. After we were seated, it took more time, and the food was not good. I can't imagine how bad service really gets because they were not even busy. Westin, do better if you want to keep loyal customers."

"The downtown location was convenient, but the hotel itself could stand some refurbishments. The carpet in the hallway, and our room, was worn and stained. The paint on the doors was chipped in multiple places. Housekeeping was only offered upon request. The front desk employees were friendly and trying very hard to provide elevated service, but the hotel was just average. "
