"Great staff, amenities and views"

"Breakfast was very good although on a Sunday morning they had 2 staff working, so some of the tables were left with used dishes and took a long time to clear. Some breakfast items such as the orange juice, bacon and croissants had been empty and missing for longer than they should have been. On the Monday morning with less guests, the breakfast was exemplary. Room was great, it was a studio room, with a fridge, microwave, kettle and utensils all supplied, along with kitchen roll, washing up liquid, teas, coffee, bottled water etc. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was excellent. Shower was large, water pressure not great, but adequate."

Mr. Abraham at the front desk went far and beyond to make sure my tour to the Glacier 3000 was sorted properly and the van came to the hotel instead of meeting them at the airport. "One of my best experiences. Friendly staff, cozy and clean room with a spectacular mountain view. The only drawback was the steep streets leading to the property, but the vehicle they provide for guests made our stay much better. I would definitely return to this charming hotel."
