The accommodations were first-rate, the location was ideal [we wanted to be within a healthy walk to University of Pennsylvania; there was also a trolley line], and there was a marvelous park nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and was very eclectic. As a bonus, we had to adjust our accommodations at the last minute due to a family medical emergency, and both the host and the property manager went above and beyond to be considerate and adaptive to our needs. I would give this place my highest recommendation."
