We passed through Cleveland for one night & wanted a place that was clean, well run, reasonably priced, & close to the Cleveland Museums of Art and Natural History. This was perfect! Really nice people, perfectly located for our purposes, hotel in great condition, nice hot breakfast. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Nice location with easy parking on site. Rooms were well appointed, but the “Accessible” room had no grab bars for the toilet and shower making it difficult for my brother to use. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety, but the automatic sliding front entrance makes a very loud, horrible screech whenever anyone enters or leaves the building. Totally ruins the atmosphere in the bar, lobby and breakfast area. The only other issue we had was that a dog in one of the adjacent rooms barked constantly for at least an hour both nights of our stay while we trying to sleep.

It was fine. There were trash bags on our floor by the elevator that were never picked up the whole weekend we were there. But it was comfortable and the room seemed pretty clean, besides the pullout couch which had stains all over the bed. Definitely would only recommend if you are in a pinch.

The establishment is always nice and clean. However we had some issues with staff. We had purchased 2 drinks and signed for them to be put on our room and upon checkout we learned that our $11.88 bill was in fact $22.88. The receipt I signed was for $11.88 with no tip as to get service as almost impossible. The bartender decided to add an $11.00 tip to our credit card. However when this was discovered the Assistant Manager was apologetic and wanted me to send her an email outlining the evenings events. We’ve stayed here 4 times and have always had great service. This was extremely disappointing.
