"I like all the plants surrounding the walk ways and throughout the hotel . I did not like the old carpets in the room, had a smell. So I aired out the room and it was much better. "

"The staff is wonderful. The housekeepers was wonderful. The only problem that I had was, there was no AC. The air conditioner was not working, and the restroom vent for ventilation was not working. "

I only have a lower number on condition and clean because it was the first time I had a balcony. The room was excellent on condition and cleanliness but the balcony could have used some attention. "
