"The hotel grounds are beautiful and the view of the lake here is amazing! I'd say the highlight of our stay was exploring the gardens and enjoying the pool. I did feel like the hotel's restaurant was overpriced and we didn't always enjoy the meals there. While the hotel surroundings are stunning, the hotel could use better lounging areas outside (like hammocks) and update the rooms (they were somewhat dated, poorly lit, and like previous reviews stated, wifi wasn't accessible from the room). The lack of AC was never an issue for us since the temperature during our stay was cool."

"This was an amazing experience, very beautiful and well kept hotel with great food and some unbeatable views. The Distance and timing of the public lanchas from most other towns can cause issues if not prepared in advance."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Jenna’s Bed & Breakfast was one of the highlights of our trip to Lake Atitlán. From the moment we arrived, The staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their genuine kindness and hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and they were always happy to share helpful local recommendations (Lino the tuctuc driver) The property was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes. Waking up each morning to such a stunning setting was unforgettable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, homemade, and prepared with care. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and authentic place to stay at Lake Atitlán, Jenna’s Bed & Breakfast is an outstanding choice. We left feeling like guests who had become friends, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!"
