"The room was spacious and clean and the staff great. Convenient to have an on site breakfast.The location so close to the west gate made getting in and out of the park easy and quick. Staying in West Yellowstone offers many different dining and shopping options. I would stay there again and comfortable in recommending this to family and friends."

"Can’t knock this place for cleanliness, and it was overall a comfortable stay. Staff were also very friendly. Walls were paper thin but luckily not really a late night hotel. We were a little later than usual for breakfast (but within the designated time) and it was very limited choice, did feel we had missed the boat a bit. A solid place to get some rest when exploring the park."

"Front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating. As a matter of fact, hotels.com overbooked with the hotel. The hotel called and said I would have to change room types and they didn’t charge more etc. very friendly. Room was clean but dated. Right outside West gate of Yellowstone. We didn’t eat the breakfast as we had an early start at the park "

"we had a great stay, kids really enjoyed their first cabin experience. we parked our car in front of our cabin, which is super convinent. kitchen and double sinks in bathroom are awesome for our family. However, the mattresses definitely needs to be replaced - they are awful! "

"We really like how spacious and confortable our room was. we enjoyed having a sofa in our room so we could reflax in our room after a busy day. The hot tub was better than we have had at other hotels. It was also very clean. we would highly recommend this hotel when you are visiting Yellowstone."
