Had a couple of service/communication issues. Before booking I confirmed they had an option for a roll out/air bed -what they didn't communicate by phone was the $30 upcharge for it. Manager refused to do anything but charge the $30.
We arrived at 2:30 and went to check in. An employee named "Mind" said that check in time wasn't till 4, but that our room should be ready before then and she would call when it was ready. Having not gotten a phone call, we went back at 4:30. My phone number on the piece of paper was exactly where I left it. No acknowledgement or apology by Mind or anyone else.
When I communicated I was expecting a call, another employee let me know our room was ready.
We waited over 2 hours to have the airbed brought to our room which I had to call for a 2nd time. When it was finally delivered it was handed to us deflated in a bag with another bag of linens for it, no offer to help set it up.
When the room was cleaned the first morning, housekeeping took an empty paper shopping bag that was sitting on the dining table as garbage (it wasn't).
While the place was relatively clean, they have a lot to learn in the service department. I travel a lot for business and haven't experienced the communication/service issues we did here.
