"Quick check in with friendly member of staff, Laura. The room was very clean and had everything we wanted.As other reviews mention the bathrooms are old and could do with a makeover but not a problem for a short stay. "

"Really pleasantly surprised by our stay at Holiday Inn. Was expecting budget, but was really nice. Easy locatltion from train station (6 mins in a taxi), easy walk to the Cathedral where we were visiting for an event. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, tidy and modern. Had a drink in the bar; good selection, polite staff. Had breakfast jn the morning; variety of foods and drinks (even had decaf which is great). Would return ajd recommend "

"No complaints. It's an Ibis so you know what to expect, but the bed is comfy, the location was convenient, and the room clean. My only comments were we had issues with some TV channels, but it was the morning when checking out, so not a big deal. However, it would have been nice for the bar to be open to maybe midnight, or a little later, so when you get back, the option is open if you fancy another drink."
