"The location is awesome with quick and easy access to shopping, parks, food, transit, bars, Providence Park or the dispensary one block away! Free parking next to downtown is a definite treat, with transit and walking you won't even need your vehicle. The family friendly suites are two bedrooms with a living area and kitchenette, they are pet friendly as well! Bathrooms have working fans which is a big plus with a family! The place was clean and staff friendly. We will definitely be back!"

"Family of three stayed at one night recently and we enjoyed it. The location is great, a few steps to the water front, a relatively quite and nice area in the south of downtown. Stuff is friendly and room is comfortable and clean. "

"Unfortunately we did not have a great experience here. Although the front desk people were very friendly, neither Expedia or the hotel itself warned us there would be road construction right outside our room until 1 am. All the other guests had already asked to change rooms so we were simply offered earplugs which don’t help much when there is jackhammering going on. The hotel was aware of this and should have contacted us since they were putting us on that side of the hotel. Coffee and tea selections were very minimal in the morning in the lobby as well. Usually Expedia includes all fees in their final price. After we checked out the hotel also included another $60 in city taxes. Thankfully Expedia set it right and gave us a refund for the taxes. "

"We stayed one night at this Best Western in a quiet area. The property has three buildings, two of which appear connected. The buildings are a bit dated, but our room was clean and recently refreshed. Because the building is wood‑framed, you can hear footsteps from the upper floor, but it wasn’t a major issue. Room amenities were perfect for a family with young kids. The outdoor pool and hot tub sit in a lovely garden area with a fountain and shaded seating, and the hot tub temperature was perfect. Breakfast offered a good mix of hot and cold items, including a yogurt dispenser with toppings. The dining area was spacious with plenty of seating. Parking was free and plentiful. Area looked safe but dark at night. "

"Amazing fun stay"

"Clean spacious room with shower/tun combo. Large TV (bigger than 36” in the room amenities) quiet room coffee and tea service in the room. The only issue I had was the staff not contacting me when my room was available like they said they would and the general woman’s bathroom not having any soap in it and I was told that I it wouldn’t be any soap into the Housekeeping person came in at 2pm (it was around 12pm) I was offered sanitizer that was at the front desk for the workers but had barely any left in the bottle. Staff should have access to stock the bathroom when needed We didn’t have breakfast or brunch at Gracie’s because it was a bit pricey and the area has many good breakfast option that are in walking distance or a few train stops away. The train station is literally 2 short blocks away. We did have cocktails and happy hour and dinner are more than a couple of nights at the Driftwood lounge on site. It’s super dark and you need to order your salad dressing on the side but the drinks are good. "
