"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "Quiet location in a well kept grounds. All staff appeared friendly and electric car charger available was a bonus. Was disappointed with Hot tub as had to buy additional wood at £10 a bag which was not stated. Also uncomfortably warm at night. They did provide a fan but no air con, we did travel during the Summer heatwave and was really difficult to sleep. Shower also had a unpleasant smell. Overall we had a great time in a good location close to multiple nearby beaches."

"It was a good size family room and ensuite. The parking was ideal as free when you put registration into an app in the pub. A little away from the centre of town, but a little land train was a fun way to get to the pier. Really worked well having the Hungry Horse pub, good choice of food for us and the kids and Blue light discount. Friendly bar staff and good service."
