The property was advertised as having airport shuttle which is not accurate. Situated next to commuter rail and taxi stand- early morning flight for a solo woman was not advised to take train. Opted for uber for 4:50 am pickup which was perfect- although hotel staff asked me to wait outside so he could mop where I was sitting. Casino slots were dull. No entertainment tonight. Hotel elevators were not operating correctly so I couldn’t get down from 6th floors thru stairs and staff areas. To get back up to room a staff member walked me through the staff elevator to get back to my room. I wouldn’t stay Again.

Highly recommend the Fairmont. The staff was friendly and highly attentive. Amenities were great. Lots of activities for families that are included in the room rates. Don’t see a reason to stay anywhere else

Another great stay in this hotel, makes it very hard to stay anywhere else when visiting Whistler. The property is always maintained and the staff is super friendly and helpful. You really feel the hospitality whether you are having breakfast, enjoying the pool, or dining.

"This little hotel was a bit older, but the beds were very comfortable. We got the room with two double beds, it was very bug and had air-conditioning. TV was in a weird spot, but ot worked. We were in an older room, it didnt smell, and a kitchenette stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, ..."
