"My family and I stayed at the cabin for 4 days during my daughter's winter break. It had everything we needed to manage the little ones, cook, relax, and have fun. There are many forest roads about 100 yards away for a morning hike. The local grocery was very close and convenient. The space is nice for a family with little ones. There was a creek running behind the cabin that the kids enjoyed walking down and there was a private lake with a playground that we got to explore."

"This property was EVERYTHING it was promised to be. We spent four blissful days enjoying the grounds in privacy and luxury. The hosts were accommodating, attentive and flexible throughout our stay. We explored the charming towns and nearby trails of the area. The mountains up Highway 88 were just over an hour away, where we were treated to beautiful landscapes and spectacular views. "It's a quiet cabin in the forest. You can see the green trees all around you. Cabin has many windows so it feels airy, and every window gives you a view of the trees at different angles, and that's exactly what we were looking for. It's a quiet neighborhood, with the sounds (and occasional visit through the property) of turkeys. For us living in Bay Area, this nature retreat was a beautiful getaway."

"We had a great time with my family of four and our two small dogs. There was plenty of room and it was a great location. The pilot light was out in the fireplace, but that was fixed within an hour, thank you very much. There was also no sponge to wash dishes, but that was fixed quickly as well. Plenty of room in the cabin to relax and play. Close to snow. We loved that the back deck was fenced for our dogs. Overall we were very happy and would go back."
