"The property was gorgeous and centrally located from the places I needed to be for this trip. While I didn't get names of the staff, two good humans who worked the front desk around 8PM last night made my experience in finding a place to stay after a cancelled flight SO much better. They were friendly, calm, and super helpful for my overnight stay. The room was gorgeous, the shower was the BEST (water pressure was amazing), and I slept soundly in a comfortable bed. I highly recommend this...

"This was not a hotel. bad neighborhood and we could not even get in to check in. no answer when we called. homeless sleeping out front and no markings on door. we drove past it 3 times. we had to pay $170 at another hotel."

"From check-in to check-out, staff wonderfully friendly, courteous and welcoming, especially Susana H and the ladies in the dining room. Room is very spacious and clean, bed comfortable with different pillow firmness and fresh linen. Breakfast adequate with a variety of items for a quick meal. Location is close to the airport, car rental agencies and the highway. Overall a nice, clean hotel. Would stay here again. "
