Renovated home located in the historical El Cid neighborhood of West Palm Beach. Ideal for families, friends and business travelers with its convenient location being less than 2 miles from most main points of interest in West Palm Beach and half block away from a pedestrian walking path along the Intracoastal. Beach is 2 miles away. Located within WPB's low cost shuttle service, Circuit, ridecircuit. com/palmbeach.
The space
The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom has everything you need during your stay in West Palm Beach. The home features an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room area. The living area has a large flat screen tv over the decorative fireplace. The dining area has a large table with chairs for six. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook up whatever you may be craving. There is also a bonus private screened in porch off the living/dining area with outdoor dining. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tv and ensuite bathroom with a shower tub combo. The second bedroom has a king bed with a desk and the 3rd bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds. All rooms have closets and dressers. We have high speed wifi and usb chargers at every bedside.
Near by sites to see
WPB has a lot to offer during your stay with us. Take our complimentary bikes down the Palm Beach 5.5 mile bike trail, stroll the shops and vias on Worth Avenue, visit the Norton and Flagler Museums, have a drink at the Ben, check out the Breakers Hotel, go out on Clematis Street, eat at too many great restaurants to name but Grato is only a block away, have a craft beer at Civil Society, see a play at the Kravis Center, visit Peanut Island and enjoy one of the many beaches. Excellent location close to airport, restaurants and walking trails. Beach is a short car ride. Plenty of parking as well and accessible for mom with mobility issues. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Sleeping is very quiet and comfy.

Our family was in PB for a wedding and this house was perfect for us. The location was great, less than a block from the intercoastal in a great neighbor and an easy drive, bike or walk into PB. The house was very clean, simply and attractively decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We loved that the house came with not only two parking spaces but a bunch of bicycles which we used often so no one was ever stranded. We would definitely return!!

We were in town for only a few days to move our son into his dorm at PBA. This house was only a few blocks from campus. Appreciated the bikes…the kids rode them to the beach. Super comfortable beds! Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

We were really happy with this rental. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable. The bikes were a lot of fun. The kitchen was well stocked. The washer/dryer were super helpful. The location was great. We enjoyed walking to Jo’s for Açaí bowls, or out to the path along the water.

We had a family wedding in Palm Beach and didn’t want to stay in a hotel for 3 days. We wanted extra space and a kitchen for breakfast. The house was very clean and had everything you could want. The owners were easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property!

Very clean & stocked with what you need, my family & I enjoyed staying close to the city yet far enough away while visiting for spring training. The bicycles were a nice touch and the neighborhood felt quaint, but just a few blocks away you were in the thick of things. Beds were comfortable & everything worked as needed. Check in/out was quick & easy as well. Great restaurants and coffee are very close. We would stay again if we come back!

Everything was so clean and comfortable! Decor fit the vibe perfectly. So much seating and space it was perfect for our long weekend in Palm Beach. I would highly recommend this for anyone. Backyard was very comfortable and my mother in law was constantly out there reading surrounded by gorgeous palms. Thank you!

We were in town to visit family for a long weekend and this house was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and had a great location in a nice neighborhood located close to great restaurants and beautiful sites in West Palm Beach. We were not at the house enough to use the bikes our screened in lanai but it would be an added bonus if we were staying longer. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in West Palm Beach.

Im a professional organizer and I travel with a small team to work for our clients in palm beach. I have stayed at many west palm rentals and this was by far the very best house. Super clean - great layout - decorated nicely - easy access to walk along the water - easy access to restaurants etc. it couldn’t have been more perfect and I plan on renting it many more times in 2024!

My daughter and I stayed here while she recovered from a foot surgery. The house is beautifully decorated and all the comforts have been considered. The beds are oh so comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so got some great sleep! It’s very close to the waterfront to walk or ride bikes near. Will definitely return to this spot next time in WPB.

This was the second time we have rented this property and we will rent it again. We love the location as it’s convenient to both downtown WPB and Palm Beach it’s self. It’s also less than 10 minutes to the airport. The house is very comfortable and easy to live in as we stayed there for 12days. Can’t wait to visit again!
