"The hotel staff are lovely, attentive without being cloying. I was late checking in (my family lives in the village and they had picked from Wool train station, and invited me to dinner) The concierge phoned me to check that I was alright. Pleasant hotel in convenient area
"Great two night stay at the Laguna. The hotel was clean and adequate for our requirements. About a 20 minute walk into the city centre/beach. Plenty of car parking spaces. Our only gripe was that the shower was difficult to regulate and alternated from hot to cold and cold to hot constantly."
